Coconut Whipped Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 oz.) can coconut milk
  • Granulated sugar, sugar substitute, or powdered sugar to taste
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Refrigerate the can of coconut milk overnight. Transfer the thick coconut cream to a bowl, discarding the thin liquid in the can, and whip in the sweetener and vanilla with a fork or a mixer and serve.
