Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (15 oz.) can cream style corn
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- Dash ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. minced green bell pepper
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour mixture into a greased 9x 13-inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, 35 to 40 minutes or until begins to brown a little on top.
