Ingredients
- 3 cups diced cored, peeled red apples
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped red or yellow onion
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped celery
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped dill pickle
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. red-wine vinegar
Directions
- Toss all ingredients and 2 tablespoons water together and chill. Serve with roast pork or chops.
