Tarte au Sucre et Oeufs

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- pinch salt
- 3/4 cup shortening
- 4 tbsp milk
- 2 oz butter, melted
- 8 oz evaporated milk
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp flour
- 2 cups brown sugar
Directions

Mix flour, salt, shortening and milk to make a thick crust in a 9" pie shell.

Temper the eggs in the melted butter, add evaporated milk. Mix flour and sugar, beat in wet ingredients.

Bake at 350F for 40 minutes.
