Barbecue Eye of Round

Ingredients
- 3 to 5 lb. eye of round
- 2 cups barbecue sauce
- 2 cups water
- 2 large sweet onions
Directions
- In a 4-quart or larger slow cooker, place the eye of round (cut in half).
- Mix together barbecue sauce, water and onions sliced thin, pour over meat. Cook on low 7 hours, remove roast. Cool slightly; slice and serve with barbecue sauce.
