Barbecue Eye of Round

Ingredients

  • 3 to 5 lb. eye of round
  • 2 cups barbecue sauce
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 large sweet onions

Directions

  1. In a 4-quart or larger slow cooker, place the eye of round (cut in half).
  2. Mix together barbecue sauce, water and onions sliced thin, pour over meat. Cook on low 7 hours, remove roast. Cool slightly; slice and serve with barbecue sauce.
