Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoon dried ground thyme
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions

x together ingredients to taste. May need a bit more salt and paprika than indicated. Cover fish with a thick layer on either side. Let fish sit out for 10 min prior to baking. Preheat oven to 350. Bake fish for 30 min.
