Ingredients
- 6 oz. crumbled blue cheese (or bleu if you want to be all proper like)
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2-3 celery hearts, minced fine
- 3-4 green onions, chopped fine, including tops
- 1-2 cloves garlic, pressed (to taste)

I use a hand mixer to cream the cheese, s. cream and mayo together and then stir in everything else. Tastes good right away, also benefits from time in the fridge to blend flavors. Great with toasted or grilled pitas sliced into wedges, crackers, grape tomatoes.
