Ingredients
- Ketchup (a good quality like Heinz)
- Prepared Horseradish (usually found in the dairy/refrigerated section of grocery in a small jar, be sure it is not the horseradish sauce that is usually with the condiments)
- Lemon Juice
Directions
-
I use a pint jar to make my Cocktail Sauce in as it keeps for a very long time in the refrigerator.
-
Fill jar with ketchup about 2/3 way.
-
Add several spoonfuls of the prepared horseradish.
-
Mix. Add until you think there is enough and stir.
-
Mix in about 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.
-
There you go…Delicious Red Cocktail Sauce!
