Arkansas Garden-Style Relish

Ingredients
- 4 large tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1 16oz. pkg. frozen corn, thawed
- 1 15oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper and red pepper
- 3 green onions with tops, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 squeeze of fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup Tuscan Italian salad dressing
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl for serving.
- Top with chopped avocado or spice it up with cayenne pepper. Refrigerate at least 20 minutes before serving to allow the different flavors to blend together.
