Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 2 cans chili, no beans
- corn chips
Directions
- Brown ground beef, drain. Add all ingredients except corn chips. Simmer over low-medium heat until cheese is melted and everything is bubbly hot. Serve over con chips, or use as a dip.
