Fiesta Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 can Campbell's condensed Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup Pace Thick and Chunky Salsa
  • 2 cups minute rice

Directions

  1. In sauce pan heat 1 can Campbells Condensed Chicken Broth, 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 cup Pace Thick & Chunky salsa.

  2. Bring to a boil.

  3. Stir in 2 cups uncooked Minute Original Rice.

  4. Cover and let stand for 5 to 8 minutes until all liquids are absorbed.
