Ingredients
- 2 (8 1/2 oz) pkg. corn muffin mix
- 1 (15 oz.) can creamed corn
- 12 oz. Mexican or Jalapeno Velveeta Cheese spread, grated
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 small yellow onion, finely chopped
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Coat a 13 × 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Mix all ingredients together and pour into prepared pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, until cornbread is browned on top. Let cool in oan and slice into squares.
