Cheese Cornbread

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 1/2 oz) pkg. corn muffin mix
  • 1 (15 oz.) can creamed corn
  • 12 oz. Mexican or Jalapeno Velveeta Cheese spread, grated
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 small yellow onion, finely chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Coat a 13 × 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Mix all ingredients together and pour into prepared pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, until cornbread is browned on top. Let cool in oan and slice into squares.
