Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh whole small mushrooms
- 2/3 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 2 tsp. pickling salt
- 1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp. celery seeds
- 2 bay ;eaves
- 12 peppercorns
Directions
- Clean mushrooms and trim stem ends. Place in glass mixing bowl , set aside.
- Combine remaining ingredients in 4 cups glass measure.
- Microwave for 4 to 5 minutes, on high or until boiling. Pour over mushrooms, cool and refrigerate at least 24 hours before serving. Mushrooms will keep up to one week in refrigerator.
