Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 cup strawberry Jello
- 4 cups strawberries, cut in half
- 1 -9-inch baked pie crust
Directions
- In a medium saucepan, boil sugar, water and cornstarch over medium heat. Cook, stirring constantly for 1 minute until thickened. Remove from heat, stir in Jello,and chill for 2 hours.

Combine strawberries and gelatin folding in gently, and pour into baked pie crust. Cover, and chill 2- 4 hours until set.
