Ingredients

• 1 cup sugar
• 1 1/4 cup water
• 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
• 1/4 cup strawberry Jello
• 4 cups strawberries, cut in half
• 1 -9-inch baked pie crust

Directions

1. In a medium saucepan, boil sugar, water and cornstarch over medium heat. Cook, stirring constantly for 1 minute until thickened. Remove from heat, stir in Jello,and chill for 2 hours.

2. Combine strawberries and gelatin folding in gently, and pour into baked pie crust. Cover, and chill 2- 4 hours until set.
