Easy Cheese Scones

Only 4 ingredients.
Nice warm, or cold, and will keep fresh for couple of days

Cook time: 20 minutes
Serves 15 people

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 C self raising flour
  • 2 1/2 C grated cheese
  • 2 C Greek yoghurt (or plain yoghurt)
  • pinch salt

Directions

  1. Mix cheese through flour and salt.

  2. Gently stir yoghurt into dry mix, with a knife, to form a soft dough.

  3. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto paper-lined baking tray and top with additional grated cheese. (I use an icecream scoop to make even sized scones.)

  4. Bake at 200oC approx 15-20 minutes until golden and cooked.
