My Sweetie Cake/ Coconut Cake

Ingredients

  • 2cans coconut
  • 16oz. Sour cream
  • 1 and1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 pkg yellow cake mix
  • Cool whip

Directions

  1. mix coconut, sour cream and powdered sugar.

  2. Refrigerate for 24 hours.

  3. Bake yellow cake according to directions.

  4. Split layers and frost.

  5. Let stand 2-3 days.

  6. Spread cool whip on before serving.
