Red berry yogurt smoothie

Serves 8 people
Ingredients
- 500g frozen summer fruits
- 50g golden caster sugar
- 300ml apple juice
- 500g raspberry yogurt
Directions

Put the frozen berries into a large processor or blender with the sugar, apple juice and raspberry yogurt. Whizz until smooth.

Sieve the mixture to remove the seeds, and chill until needed.
