Ingredients

• For the Wasabi Mayo:
• 2 Tbsp. wasabi powder
• 1 1/2 Tbsp. water
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• For the hot dog:
• 4 all-beef hot dogs
• 4 sweet hot dog buns such as King's Hawaiian
• 1 pkg. dried seaweed (nori)

Directions

1. In a small bowl, whisk together Wasabi powder and water. Add mayonnaise and whisk until combined. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
2. Cook hot dogs using your preferred method. For each hot dog, place cooked hot dog in bun and top with wasabi mayo and crumbled nori.
