Ingredients
- 4 c thinly sliced/shredded white cabbage
- 1 c thinly sliced/shredded red cabbage
- 1 medium Vidalia sweet onion, thinly sliced
- 1 c grated carrots
- 1 Ttablespoon honey
- 3 T apple cider vinegar
- 3/4 t ground mustard
- 1/2 t celery seeds
- 1/2 t sea salt
- 1/8 t ground pepper
- 1/4 c extra-virgin olive oil
- Toasted sunflower seeds
Directions

In a medium bowl place the cabbages, onion and carrots and mix well.

In a small bowl whisk together the honey, vinegar, mustard, celery seeds, sea salt and pepper.

Pour the marinade/dressing over the veggies and toss well until everything is coated.
