No- Cook Peach Relish

Ingredients
- 2 cans (16 oz. each) peaches in heavy syrup, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup minced red pepper
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 tsp., minced jalapeno chile
- 2 whole cloves
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
Directions
- Combine peaches, red pepper, sugar, vinegar, jalapeno and cloves in medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Just before serving, add green onions.
- Serve as garnish for vegetables, and meat.
