Cranberry Chutney

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. cranberries
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup fresh orange sections
  • 1 cup chopped apples
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except nuts in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook until cranberries break open. Cook for 3 to 4 more minutes. Remove from heat and add nuts. Cool a few minutes and place in a glass serving dish. Chill.
  2. Serve as a garnish for meats.
