Ingredients
- 1 pkg. cranberries
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup fresh orange sections
- 1 cup chopped apples
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except nuts in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook until cranberries break open. Cook for 3 to 4 more minutes. Remove from heat and add nuts. Cool a few minutes and place in a glass serving dish. Chill.
- Serve as a garnish for meats.
