Honey- Balsamic Viniagrette

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • Salt and ground black pepper

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and vinegar. Whisking continuously, drizzle oil into the vinegar mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Store mixture refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
  3. makes about 1 3/4 cups
