Smokey Sweet Paprika Rub

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup smoked paprika
- 2 Tbsp. mustard powder
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. kosher salt
- 1 Tbsp. crumbled dried thyme
- 1 Tbsp. regular or roasted garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. toasted cumin seed
- 1 Tbsp. toasted coriander seed
- 1 Tbsp. ground black pepper
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Transfer to an airtight container and store in a cool, dark pantry for up to 3 months.
- To use: Sprinkle on vegetables just before cooking. For pork or chicken, coat and let stand about 1 hour before cooking.
