Smokey Sweet Paprika Rub

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup smoked paprika
  • 2 Tbsp. mustard powder
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. kosher salt
  • 1 Tbsp. crumbled dried thyme
  • 1 Tbsp. regular or roasted garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. toasted cumin seed
  • 1 Tbsp. toasted coriander seed
  • 1 Tbsp. ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Transfer to an airtight container and store in a cool, dark pantry for up to 3 months.

  2. To use: Sprinkle on vegetables just before cooking. For pork or chicken, coat and let stand about 1 hour before cooking.
