Ingredients
- 1/2 pint whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2-3 peeled sliced cucumbers
- 1 small sweet onion sliced
Directions
-
Mix cream, salt, vinegar, pepper and sugar together.
-
Peel cucumbers, score outside of cucumber with the tines of a dinner fork…sort of makes stripes and looks really pretty when sliced. Also helps dressing “cling” to the cucumber. Slice cucumber to desired thickness.
-
Slice some sweet onion, add to cucumbers.
-
Pour dressing over cucumbers and onions.
-
TIP: I put the cucumbers and onion in a “tupperware” type container and add the cream dressing. Put the lid on and shake well. I will shake periodically and shake again before serving.
-
Chill a couple hours and serve.
