Rib-Eye Steak with Citrus Grilling Rub with a Twist

Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Dash of balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp. lemon pepper
- 2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 margarita mix, non alcoholic
- 8 rib-eye steaks, choice, aged, bone-in or boneless
Directions
- Combine all ingredients for rub, and coat steaks generously, using all the rub.
- For Mock Margarita marinade, combine soy sauce, olive oil and margarita mix. Reserve 2 oz. of margarita mix for garnish.
- Marinate steaks in resealable bags at room temperature for 2-3 hours, turning and shaking often.
- Grill steaks according to your preference.
- Drizzle reserved margarita mix over steaks when served.
