Pistacio Salad

This is sometimes called “WATERGATE SALAD”.

Ingredients

  • 1 3 ounce package instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 large can pineapple tidbits or the crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup pecans chopped
  • 1 large container cool whip

Directions

  1. Pour dry pudding mix over drained pineapple.

  2. Add marshmallows, pecans and whipped topping.

  3. Mix together and chill several hours.
