Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- whipping cream
Directions
- Cream butter and sugar, beat in egg. Add remaining ingredients. Mix and chill for several hours. Cut in large rounds about the size of a drinking glass. Bake at 375 degrees until lightly browned. Sprinkle top with sugar while warm. Place sweetened berries on each round. Top with whipped cream.
