Ingredients
- 2 whole broiler fryers, halved
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
- 1 cup orange marmalade
- 4 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
Directions
- Liberally brush chicken with salad oil and season with salt and pepper. Place chickens on grill and cook about 30 minutes before applying glaze. Mix tomato sauce, marmalade, minced onion, lemon juice and mustard together. Turn occasionally and continute basting with glaze about every 10 minutes or until chicken is tender.
