Ingredients

• 1 bottle Prosecco, chilled
• 500g strawberries, hulled
• 2 tbsp strawberry liqueur (optional)

Directions

1. Blitz the strawberries and liqueur (if using) in a blender until smooth, then add to the Prosecco. Stir well and pour.
