Smoky Ancho Rub

especially good sprinkled on corn-on-the-cob and summer squash

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup ground ancho chile powder
- 1/4 cup smoked paprika
- 1/4 cup kosher salt
- 1 Tbsp. smoked salt
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 3/4 tsp. celery seed
Directions
- Combine all ingredients to a small bowl. Transfer to an airtight container and store in a cool, dark pantry for up to 3 months.
- To use, sprinkle on vegetables just before cooking. For pork or chicken, coat and let stand about 1 hour before cooking.
