Ingredients
- 2 cans (12 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
- 3 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 cup chopped tomato
- 1 jar (4 oz.) pimientos, drained and chopped
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup bottled Italian salad dressing
Directions
- Combine all ingredients, toss lightly. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
- Can be prepared 2 days in advance and refrigerated until needed. This is a versatile relish and can be served with salads, sandwiches, cold and hot meats.
