Icy-Hot Radish Relish

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped radishes (about 8 oz.)
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
  • 1 Tbsp. canola oil
  • 2 tsp. grated lemon peel
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. grated fresh ginger
  • 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • Dash salt

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Relish can be made 1 day ahead. Cover and refrigerate.
