Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped radishes (about 8 oz.)
- 3/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
- 2 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. grated fresh ginger
- 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
- Dash salt
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Relish can be made 1 day ahead. Cover and refrigerate.
