Ingredients
- 4 split pig's feet
- 4 cups water
- 2 cups vinegar
- 2 medium-size onions, sliced
- 1/2 tsp. peppercorns
- 6 whole cloves
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a kettle; simmer 2 to 2 1/2 hours, or until meat starts to fall from bones. Chill in liquid before serving.
