Ingredients
- 1 lb. green hot peppers, seeded
- 1 lb. green bell peppers, seeded
- 1 lb. onions, peeled and quartered
- 3 cups white vinegar (5% acidity)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp. pickling salt
Directions
- Finely chop hot peppers, bell peppers and onions in food processor or by hand. In a 6 to 8 quart saucepan, combine chopped peppers, onions and remaining ingredients. Over high heat, bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Immediately fill hot pint jars with mixture, leaving 1/2 inch headspace. Carefully run a nonmetallic utensil down inside of jars to remove trapped air bubbles. Wipe jar tops and thread clean. Place hot lids on jars and screw bands firmly.

Process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
