Cheesy Baked Artichokes

Ingredients

  • 2 pkgs (9 oz each) frozen artichoke hearts
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 3 T ground pecans
  • 2 T grated parmesan
  • 1 T dried italian seasoning, crushed
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 t olive oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375, coat 9" glass pie plate with cooking spray.

  2. Rinse artichokes in colander and pat dry.

  3. Put in pie plate and sprinkle with lemon juice

  4. Combine other ingredients and sprinkle over the artichokes.

  5. Bake 15 min until top is golden.
