Ingredients
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. each flour and dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. turmeric
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 can (12 oz.) whole-kernel corn, drained
- 1 cup coarsely chopped cabbage
- 1/2 cup each coarsely chopped onion and green pepper
- 1 small tomato, seeds removed, chopped
Directions
- In medium saucepan, mix sugar, flour, mustard, salt and turmeric. Stir in vinegar; bring to boil.
- Add vegetables; stirring, return to boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 15 minutes. Chill.
- Serve as a side dish.
