Ingredients
- 9 Large Baking Potatoes
- 1 Stick Butter
- 12 ounces cream cheese(or 1/3 light cream cheese)
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 t nutmeg
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

Dice potatoes and place in large saucepan covered with water. Cook until tender. Drain.

Place potatoes in a mixer bowl. Cut the butter and cream cheese into smal pieces and add to the potatoes. Beat until light and fluffy. Beat in the sour cream. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
