Ingredients
- Pillsbury Crust
- 6-8 eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese, any flavor combinations
- sauteed mushrooms and onions or just onions about 1/2-1 cup in total
- asparagus or broccoli or other vegetable of choice if wanted
- 1/2-3/4 cup diced ham or chicken(or not)
- 1/2-3/4 c milk or cream(in a pinch sour cream or greek yogurt would also work)
Directions

Layer sauteed vegetables and other vegetables in pie plate lined with pie crust. Depending on how many vegetables you use, use 6-8 eggs(less eggs if you use more vegetables) and blend with the milk. Season with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle the vegetables with cheese and pour egg mixture over the top. Cook at 400 F for 45 minutes until golden and raised in the middle. Let sit 5-10 minutes before cutting.
