Tomato and Watermelon Salad

Ingredients
- 3 cups tomatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes or wedged
- 3 cups watermelon. cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled (optional)
- 2 oz. soft goat cheese, or crumbled blue or feta cheese
Directions
- Gently mix tomatoes and watermelon in a medium bowl. Add salt. Plate individually or in a serving bowl, then sprinkle with bacon, if desired, and cheese.
