Ingredients
- 1 quart vinegar
- 7 quarts water
- 1 pint salt
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- Dill weed
- 1 pod hot pepper, optional
Directions
- Pack cucumbers into hot jars; put in garlic and dill. Bring water, vinegar and salt to a rolling boil; pour over cucumbers. Put a grape leaf on top (for crispness). Cap jars with hot lids.
