Ingredients

• 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
• 1 Tbsp. margarine
• 1 medium Golden delicious apple, chopped
• 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 4 oz. cream cheese, softened

Directions

1. In a non-stick pan, sauté onion in butter until soft. Add chopped apple, stir and cook until tender. Let cool.
2. meanwhile, blend cheddar and cream cheese; stir into apple mixture. Place in serving bowl and chill until ready to serve.
