Ingredients
- 5 slices thick cut bacon, diced into 1 inch pieces
- 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
- 1 (3/4 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
- 11/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
- 3 green onions, diced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
Directions
- Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until browned and crispy.
- Mix together sour cream, ranch dip, pepper jack cheese, green onions and dill. Fold in bacon and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Serve with chips or chopped vegetables
