Pepper Jack Bacon Ranch Dip

Ingredients

  • 5 slices thick cut bacon, diced into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
  • 1 (3/4 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
  • 11/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 3 green onions, diced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

Directions

  1. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until browned and crispy.
  2. Mix together sour cream, ranch dip, pepper jack cheese, green onions and dill. Fold in bacon and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Serve with chips or chopped vegetables
