mango- Apricot Chutney

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped mango
- 1 cup diced Golden Delicious apples
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup diced dried apricots
- 3/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- 1 Tbsp. minced ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a heavy saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 1 hour, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Let cool. Refrigerate in an airtight container. Serve at room temperature with pork tenderloin, poultry or ham.
