Ingredients
- 1 medium mango, peeled and finely chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped peeled cucumber
- 1/4 cup chopped cashews
- 1/4 cup finely chopped sweet red pepper
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh basil
- ` Tbsp. minced fresh cilantro
- 1 Tbsp. seasoned rice vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp. green curry paste
- 1 tsp. green lime peel
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Serve immediately.
