Ingredients
- 2 cups sliced cucumbers
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. turmeric
- 1 tsp. canning salt
- 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
- 1/4 tsp. celery seed
Directions
- In a 2- quart microwave-safe bowl, combine all ingredients. Microwave, covered with plastic wrap on high 8-10 minutes, stirring twice until cucumbers are tender crisp.
