Ingredients
- 12 ounces fettuccine noodles
- 10 ounce can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 5 ounce can green chilies
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 green bell peppers, diced
- 10 ounce can black beans, drained
- 3 tablespoons taco seasoning or one packet
- 1 cup taco sauce
- 12 ounce package HORMELĀ® TACO MEAT Beef Crumbles or 2 pounds ground beef, drained
- 3 cups beef stock
- fresh cilantro, to garnish
Directions
- Place the noodles, diced tomatoes, green chilies, onion, bell peppers, black beans, taco seasoning, taco sauce, and beef crumbles into a dutch oven. Pour the beef stock in and mix.
- Allow the mixture to simmer over medium-heat for 15-minutes or until pasta is tender with no lid.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro.
