Ingredients
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce or amino acids
- 1 tbsp vinegar (I used balsamic, but any will do)
- 1 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 3/4 tbsp flour (I used whole wheat, avoid enriched white)
- 1/8 tsp ground ginger
- Dash of red pepper flakes (or sub 1/4 tsp hot sauce...or more if you like heat!)
Directions
- Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl and pour over vegetables while frying. Or use for other recipes like marinated meat or as a sauce in rice bowls.
