Pepper and Onion Relish

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- Pinch crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 medium onion, cut in 1/2 inch wedges
- 1 each: red, green, yellow bell pepper cut in 1/2 inch strips
- 2 Italian pepperoncini or more to taste, sliced
- 1
- Tbsp. EACH; barbecue sauce, steak sauce
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Directions
- Heat oil with crushed pepper flake in a large skillet over high heat. When it is hot, add onion and bell peppers. Cook, stirring often, until they are charred, about 5 minutes.
- Reduce heat and continue to cook and stir until they are soft, 3 to 4 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and remove from heat.
