Ingredients
- 12 red peppers
- 12 green peppers
- 12 onions, peeled
- 2 cups vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 Tbsp. salt
Directions
- Split pepper and remove the seeds. Chop peppers and onions coarsely, cover them with boiling water and let stand 5 minutes. Drain. Cover again with boiling water and let stand 10 minutes. Drain.
- Combine remaining ingredients and boil for 5 minutes, add vegetables and boil together 10 minutes. Pack into hot sterilized jars and seal.
