Ingredients

  • 1 gallon ripe tomatoes, chopped
  • 8 to 9 hot peppers, chopped (no seeds)
  • 3 sweet pepper, chopped (no seeds)
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 cup vinegar

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients and cook 10 minutes at boiling. Fill jars and process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
  2. makes 11 pints
