Ingredients
- 1 gallon ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 8 to 9 hot peppers, chopped (no seeds)
- 3 sweet pepper, chopped (no seeds)
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 cup vinegar
Directions
- Mix all ingredients and cook 10 minutes at boiling. Fill jars and process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
